Once you have your RMA number, package and return your unit to the specified location.

After we receive and evaluate your unit, we’ll provide an estimate for the repair. We may also upgrade your machine to the latest revision levels during maintenance or repair. Once we receive your Purchase Order, the work can be scheduled.
